It all begins with an idea. My idea started when I was thinking back about growing up in the mountains of Honduras on our family coffee farm. See my father, Don Juan, picking the coffee cherries off the tree and bringing them inside for me to separate the green and red cherries. Then it hit me, start a coffee roasting business so that I can bring specialty roasted coffee for everyone to enjoy.
